how long does it take to set up balloons?

…And why do we need so much time to set up your balloons? As you can imagine, unless your balloon job is a simple drop off delivery, it can be a laborious and lengthy process to get your balloons looking tip-top for your parties and corporate events.

We pride ourselves on quality work and may be just a teensy bit perfectionistic when it comes to styling our balloon installs.

That said, we know that time is money and we don’t always have the luxury of leisurely delivery windows of time, especially when the event you’re hosting is in a rented space. Rest assured that we are pros at getting everything up and looking good in expedited fashion!

You may be wondering, does she blow up everything onsite? Unless there were some extreme circumstances that required that to happen, we almost ALWAYS assemble the bulk of our work in advance in our studio space and deliver in pieces that are quick to put together. For arches this may mean breaking down the metal structure into a few large pieces that are transportable and can be quickly reassembled onsite, or for long garlands, we may have these in shorter sections that can be combined with a 260 twisting balloon (which also happens to be our primary way of rigging garlands onto hooks for hanging!).

One added benefit of having your installations in separate pieces is that if anything arises where we need to pivot from our original plan of installation (for example, if we needed to move an install from outside to inside because of weather) - we can quickly and easily improvise so that everything looks intentional and beautiful. Aren’t you glad you entrusted a pro?!
